Scope of Services: Master Planning of the 17.8 acre site to maximize its potential use. Tennessee Children's Home is a charitable organization which provides foster care and group homes for disadvantaged, abused, orphaned and neglected children who are wards of the stage. They provide food, shelter, education and spiritual guidance to these children. The expansion of East Campus required a change of zoning, approval by the local Planning Commission and a detailed master plan design for six group homes, a school and an administration building to be built in three phases.
The ongoing project will also include design and construction drawings for the group homes as well as renovations of the existing buildings on the property.
